Abuse of Website and Systems

You are entitled to one single-use free trial period. Our system automatically checks if you have already signed up for a free trial. If it is found that you are abusing the free trial system, your free trial period is immediately removed from future accounts and is transitioned to a normal non-trial account. If we suspect further abuse such as additional accounts under the same IP address we can take extra measure to block, limit, restrict, or ban your IP address from accessing our services without any notification. If you disagree with our action, be sure to reach out to us so that we can re-evaluate the case and its actions.

Refund Policy

If you are under a free trial period, you will be charged at the end of your trial unless cancelled. We do not provide refunds. All sales are final. It is your responsibility to manage your subscription accordingly. You may cancel your subscription at any time by navigating to your payment settings which will display your current subscription plan, this is in your profile settings. From here you can manage your subscripton accordingly.

Reservation of Rights

We reserve the right to request that you remove all links or any particular link to our Website. You approve to immediately remove all links to our Website upon request. Is ArtificialTrading Ltd FCA approved?

No, ArtificialTrading Ltd is NOT FCA regulated or authorised to provide financial advice, suggestions, or recommendations. The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), is a financial regulatory body in the United Kingdom that regulates companies in the financial sector and its industry. We only provide financial statistics and information based on statistical research done by neural networks and machine learning algorithms.

Moderation policy

If a user continously breaks and/or goes against our policies, we can if we deem it necessary give warnings to the users. The maximum warnings that can be received is a total of three warnings, where each warning can have severe consequences for the user such as implementing activity monitoring from our moderation team. Once a user has surpassed three total warnings and receives another warning, they will be banned from our services. We understand that misunderstanding can happen and therefore allocate time to review any permanent ban from our services by accepting ticket inquiries from the user. We do however reserve the right to uphold any restrictions or bans if we deem is necessary.
